3 times we’ve taken my dog here to get him groomed.1st time they cut him lovely but we did notice that the groomer had caught him with something sharp and cut him. Accidents happen so booked him in again.The 2nd time they cut him completely wrong. He looked awful, I guessed it was a different groomer so we put it down to a mistake.The 3rd (and last) time we took him, they cut him ok but again the caught him with something sharp which has left quite a nasty cut. My dog wouldn’t stop licking the wound so out come the cone of shame.Both times the groomer had caught him they never told us about it.The staff are genuinely lovely but because of the issues we’ve had I think two stars is a fair assessment for the grooming side of the business

Unfortunately due to family bereavement had to cancel 2 pre booked appointments.Told refund is on a discretion basis still waiting for return phone call REF refund.5 days now no return call....Was told a credit note was a possibility but no mentoion this in refund policy...My dog came out slightly stressed which is understandable. But it has changed her she is noticeably different. Please do not use this place

Absolutely phenomenal! Cannot recommend enough!!! Staff are friendly, professional and clearly love their job. Charlie stays for Day Care 5 days a week and strives to enter on a morning, on an evening he slowly walks away. The owners are brilliant and take a real interest in your pet, they are always happy to help. The staff are equally exceptional, they are always smiling and Charlie cannot wait to see them. So reassuring when leaving your dog for day care or kennels when on holiday. I would not take Charlie anywhere else. Thanks for your amazing care!

Highly recommend.My puppy had a few playdays and loved it, so when he went for his weeks holiday, he couldn't wait to get in.Absolutely amazing caring staff with regular photos on Facebook to let you see how much fun they're having.

Can’t fault them. Luna had a week here plus a pamper session. Think she had a better holiday than us! She is always happy to go and seems to enjoy meeting other humans and dogs. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing, left My dog with them for a week while I was away and got him bathed nails done and ears clean for pick up and he looked like they had a great time, they had loads of really nice staff, would highly recommend feel blessed to have them so closed to home and knowing My boy is well taken care of wen I'm away on business or leisure is such a relief. 10/10 and it really is a hotel for dogs. My boy looked like he had a great time will be booking him in for a groom every month he smells beaut. What a wonderful place.
