I collaborated with Benham & Reeves to rent an apartment in Canary Wharf. Jeffrey helped me with the viewing and all the details about the property I was interested in and then Maria handled all the renting process and required documents. They responded quickly to my emails and helped me with any questions or concerns I might have, in a professional manner. I moved to the apartment a couple of days ago and it was looking really good, well cleaned. I really like it so far. Overall, renting an apartment with B&R made things easy and smooth. I would recommend B&R if you are looking to rent a property.

My move with Benham and Reeves was really great. Jeffrey assisted me in renting a property in Poplar , he was really helpful and he did work out the best deal for me.William was assigned the property manager and he is very helpful and responsive. He goes the extra mile and tried to get things sorted. Ensure I have received notifications for any heating/hot water issues, addresses the complaints raised to him super quick. He also visited the property to ensure everything is running smooth, appreciate all his help and support throughout our stay. Will definitely recommend Jeffrey and William Clarke for going the extra mile and out of their way.
