Don't ever buy a flat pack kit from these guys. I picked it up and was missing pieces when I got home. I'm still waiting after months of phone calls and promises to send it to me, still nothing. You get no plans and a pack of plastic brackets to screw your kit together. I paid £3000 for a jigsaw puzzle. Would not recommend these to anyone. DON'T USE THIS FIRM

Great after sales service. Van was built few years back and developed an issue not related to the build. A local specialist company failed to fix it but they agreed to take a quick look as it was urgently needed for an event and sorted it for me. Many thanks guys.

there website looked briliant but how the camera lies .absolute terrible experience paid £17000 in good faith and can't believe what i ended up with.took the camper back several times there is no after sales service believe me I'm not a fussy person.i can understand when things go wrong I'm in business myself. you would like to think they get rectified but believe me they don't just fobed off every time to the point of none belief here are a few examples but there are to many to list on to many occasions as follows side of toilet melt away from cooker/pull out bed fell apart/roof leaked/side window leaking /seat patterns all still wrong /water tanks don't work /fumes from garage my reverse camera no longer works it was brand new but they did not tough it don't laugh contact me if you fill the need do not tough with a barge pole roof still leaking

Had my van converted here years ago, there was nowhere to leave a review at that time! Appalling service in every way and damaged my van in the process.I am very surprised this business is still going, there were nothing but complaints that the workers couldn't keep up with, as I had to go back every week for a long time to get things rectified.I expected this poor response from John! Also I failed to say about the wrong size amp fuse that was put in my van that I was told from a professional dealership (I was lucky it didn't blow up) maybe I will put my information and receipts to the ombudsman and see what they think of it all...extremely unprofessional. I should and maybe will seek compensation for the wasted monies my time my fuel but most of all stress....that was caused by the many many times having to go back to you to get things fixed. Absolute waste of my money, with no apologies just excuses everytime.

Had air suspension fitted to our Carthago great neat job, no hassle done in time and makes huge difference to ride handling and stops rear end bottoming on Scottish ferries!
