We had an exceptional experience here purchasing a car. Everything went smoothly from placing a deposit for the car to driving it away. It was a very pleasant experience at the showroom too. Also, when I visited again with my son, we were treated well and made to feel welcome. A smile was put on my son's fave after he fired up a GT3 RS for the first time. I also had a great chat with Lewis, the Porsche Pro, about cars in general. Nice to meet people genuinely interested in cars.For the car we bought, it was immaculate; very well presented. I ordered and collected my approved used 991.2 Endurance Racing Edition. Simon Ward was my sales executive, and he did an excellent job in dealing with my many queries and delivered a totally professional and friendly experience with no pressure at all. The car was exceptionally prepared and presented at the handover. Nothing was too much trouble throughout. A 5 star service all the way. I would definitely recommend this OPC as the place to go for all things Porsche.

Over the moon with the entire experience today taking my car in for its service. Met with delightful staff at reception given a nice latte and snack whilst I waited less than a minute for my car to be booked in. Super simple process to check my car in and book out my courtesy car for the day. Picked car up late afternoon again had nice welcome and given drinks and snacks. Spent some time wondering around looking at some awesome machines, luckily my wife was with me that put an end to me part-ex'ing!Mid Sussex isn't my local dealer, they were recommended to me on a Porsche forum. I took the day off work to get my service here and travelled a total of 200 miles to do so.Car returned lovely and clean, major service done clean bill of health, video inspection also a nice touch. Probably my imagination but my car feels as good as new driving home.Kudos Porsche Mid Sussex a great dealership and a well deserved reputation for first class service.

In a word WOW. Porsche Mid Sussex have just done the most amazing handover to me. My whole experience from start to finish was 10/10 and then some. Toby Ena-Smith made my whole experience one I will never forget and one I will be telling all my friends about over and over again. Knowledgeable, polite, funny, professional and ALWAYS there whenever I phoned to see what was happening. Alex Evans was always around to shake our hands and to make sure we had everything we wanted. NOTHING was too much trouble.I ordered my new Macan T in March/April time and was kept in the picture the whole way until the day of collection in November. ALL the staff at Reception and also Michael were courteous and made sure we always have everything we needed.LOVED my whole adventure and would certainly highly recommend Porsche Mid Sussex without hesitation.Thank you Toby, Alex, Michael and everyone else (whose names I dont know) for making my dreams come true.

Good service, straightforward made solution for my request.Good taste coffee served for you (not cheap machine coffee) while you wait adviser.Free loan car (brand new black 718)but 3 month advance book needed.You can expect their cost but cheaper than Mercedes or Range Rover!!!

Absolutely delighted with the service provided by Sven. Very polite and professional. Always called back when I asked for an update.. clearly outlined the details of the service carried out. I also left my house key at the dealership, he arranged for it to get dropped off. This is the service I expect from Porsche.
