The last time we will be buying from here. Just Eat delivery driver is awful. We ordered at 7pm it’s nearly 9:30pm. The communication is dreadful. Our food is going to be frozen. I am pre warning everyone - this place is an absolute let down. Waste of money and time. They really need to improve their business if they want to survive. Worst place we have ordered from. I’m very unhappy. Very cross :)

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! RUDE STAFF! The people in the shop have 0 customer service speak to you with no sense of manners! Order arrived an hour late and there was a long black hair in the sweet and sour chicken! DO NOT ORDER!

I don't know about delivery, ( which seems to be an issue in other reviews), as we are local so always collect. Had beef with green pepper and black bean sauce last night and it was amongst the best I've ever had. We use this takeaway a couple of times a month and it never disappoints. Never Michelen star quality obviously, but absolutely fine as a takeaway.

Read the mixed reviews before ordering and a lot related to delivery. We collected our food and it was ready when we arrived. Had egg fried rice, vegetable udon noodles, garlic broccoli and satay bean curd. The satay and the broccoli were the stand out dishes. The noodles were fine but had little flavour though a good variety of vegetables. Rice was good but again needed more flavour and more egg. All four dishes came in under £20 so pretty good value.

We always really enjoy the food from Lucky House. Delicious spiced noodles, great tofu and black bean dish, tasty sweet and sour vegetable dish, fabulous satay sauce, generous amounts of prawn crackers. I believe the meat dishes are good too though I’m veggie so don’t know first hand. I don’t know how authentic the dishes are, but it’s great food anyway!

Overpriced and disappointing food: which is a real shame, as I’ve had good experiences before.I ordered kung po chicken but was given sweet and sour, which was mostly ok but the vegetables were a little undercooked for my taste. The prawn crackers were overly greasy, the egg fried rice uninspiring, and the spring roll was cold inside (as if it was still partly frozen / not reheated properly).I collected my order so unfortunately it left the kitchen in this state rather than just losing its appeal during delivery.Since their inflated prices are now comparable with buying through a delivery service, I think I will order from elsewhere in future.

I live nearby and have collected food from here a number of times. It's our go-to takeaway treat (or fallback plan!) and it's always great. For 2 people our order is usually ready in 10-15 minutes. We've never had a dish we weren't happy with - my wife and I both agree it's better than most other Chinese takeaways we've lived near in the past.

Really decent Chinese food at a pretty good price. The rice can be slightly overpriced. I always pick up so can’t speak for delivery.
