I recently (31st Aug 2023) asked Nick at Minworth IT to take a look at my sons HP laptop as the screen appeared to be damaged. Within a day Nick had diagnosed the fault and confirmed the fix and cost. A replacement screen was ordered and fitted. An excellent job, high quality service and excellent communication from start to finish. Would highly recommend and certainly use again. Thanks Nick. Garry.

Been to Nic twice with my current gaming pc and has been a massive help. Successfully troubleshooted my pc which was a psu fault and gave me some great advice for future. 10/10 service all round.

I came to Nick with an issue I believed to be unfixable. I had feared that I’d end up spending a ridiculous amount of money on new parts. Fortunately for me, Nick was up to this impossible job and had my computer running better than ever! After my issue was solved, he still took the time to talk me through his process and was always a delight to interact with. I would 100% recommend Nick to anyone looking for assistance with their computer!

Had a problem with my PC, had no clue what was causing it, Nick had an idea, and managed to diagnose it within the first day, will consult with you to ensure that what he is doing is fine with you first before making any changes or replacements.Great service, and fixed the problem within a couple days, including ordering the parts.

Highly recommend Minworth I.T. for all types of PC/laptop repairs. As a small company we have used Nick a few times for a variety of PC issues. The biggest job he carried out for us was building a set of PCs to replace our outdated systems that were struggling to cope with our workload. He discussed all options, gave us flexibility over the price and performance so we knew exactly what we'd be getting for our budget. I got into a pickle trying to upgrade some components in my PC so reached out to Nick.Nick responded very promptly, gave excellent advice on components and after care and managed to solve my PC woes expediently and reasonably.If I have any further problems I won't hesitate to reach out again.
