Not been for years but can't fault anything when I visited in past as a driver.

Friendly and helpful staff.. parking in the yard is a little tight.

Visited because I had a split air line. Only waited about 15 minutes before a mechanic came and fixed the problem promptly.

Very nice place after renovations . I was employed there for 23years upto retirement and then 2 extra years . I would work there again if it was possible .

Popped in around lunchtime for a wide angle mirror replaced. Quick service.

Had to get a call out today. I've previously said to Volvo that the batteries was on the way out. Well nothing happened. Today however, called it in (battery failure). The fitter turned up, but without any batteries. Got jumped off, then drove to Crossroads Truck and bus, Hull. Only changed one battery. So, as in past experience, I'll be calling them in again. False economy changing just one. On another note, on its last 6 week inspection, the duster, brush and polish was missing from my door pocket. I called back in a day or 2 later and found the brush on the workshop floor covered in oil and grease. Nobody is really bothered down there, they are short staffed and can't recruit, moral is prettyr low. On today's visit (Saturday)one of the fitters had brought in his own stereo, it sounded like I was in a nightclub. Both me and the fitter changing the battery could talk without shouting to hear each other. Not a good impression really. Not impressed.
