I stayed here as a long term guest. The location is perfect near all the main motorways. The Spa (gym & pool) is fantastic with excellent facilities. The rooms are comfortable if a touch old fashioned (walk in showers rather than baths would be nice) but comfy beds. Excellent chef also and a very good breakfast service made extra special by the friendly service always offered by Millie, George, Joseph, Ross and Jasmine. Rebecca in reservations also super helpful, book direct and ask for her. Room service also good if needed.

Recently had a Saturday night stay.All staff were very helpful and polite. Ester in the bar was brilliant...George in breakfast was very polite and helpful....staff are a great plus to the hotel...Will certainly return soon.

Went on the Sunday package. The food, room and bar area were lovely. You get 25% on a Sunday package but can't check in till 3 by which time all the treatments are probably gone, so be aware! The spa is quite small so you will want to avoid peak time and prepare to not have a place to leave your towel, more beds and hangers are required. The breakfast experience was an 11/10 however and came with the room. Dinner was super tasty and the staff really helpful! I would stay again, just pre-book treatments.

Snooty managerial/supervising staff during breakfast, place could do with a few improvements.The room itself was very nice and comfy, great bed, ac actually works either for cooling or heating, robe and slippers.Spa area was standard, good size pool, good sauna, steam room could do with an update and an eucalyptus branch.Good dining experience, options for everyone(carnis, vegetarian or vegan).

Toilet didn't flush, room not very clean. Had to book breakfast and they could only offer us 815am ( we wanted 9am) however when we went the restaurant was almost empty untill we left. Asked for a hash brown with breakfast and was charged £5. Very average hotel at 4 star price. Would not visit again. Pool didn't open till 8am.

This is a lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and nice choices. Be mindful if you are a light sleeper you are on the Airport flight path. Didnt bother us, we enjoyed watching them. And they do stop for the majority of the night.

Stayed over night for wedding at court house. Excellent experience. Staff Excellent. Breakfast was excellent as was the service from George. Would recommend hotel and would stay again.

I was there for a company Christmas Party. The hotel is quite nice, but is located far from everything. Did not try the SPA. The room was nice, breakfast was not bad, but not memorable either…

Lovely hotel. Nice rooms. Bit of noise from planes taking off which couldn't be helped. Overall, a pleasant experience and a nice place to stay. Plenty of hot water and a decent shower. Good, clean bed.

Nothing left to chance, no hiccoughs, no having to double guess what to do next. Really enjoyed the Spa facility, the pool being a perfect temperature and a good enough length for serious lane swimming. The relevant showering installations were exactly as needed. The planners are to be congratulated.
