It's not the prices that annoys me about the place, it's not the occasional machine failure, it's the hairdressers next door standing outside smoking and spitting. The laundrette stinks of cigarette smoke when they're congregating so you have to shut the door but then the laundrette gets hot.

Waste of money!! I inserted 10 pounds, and then suddenly the machine got stopped and did not turn on. I lost 10 pounds, and there was no phone number to call them, and no one was there to help. This is one of the worst laundrette services ever. Please go somewhere else; never come to this place, and for £1, it’s only 6 minutes and not hot at all.

Old machines in general. The dryer cycle is 6 minutes which is not enough. It has no option for a bigger cycle. The instructions are not very helpful. The washing costs 5£ and the dryer is 0.5£, which as I said is not enough. Make sure you have the exact amount. I'm new to the UK, so I can't compare the price.

Went here last August to wash our clothes since we extended our stay in Bournemouth.First time to try unmanned Laundry place and this one is really clean unlike the ones we have in London.I forgot how much do to the laundry but bring coins as there is nowhere you can ask for and have your bill exchanged. We tried in the stores near by and failed.

Note that the washing machines come without washing powder or liquid so you need to bring or buy your own from the convenience store across the road.Got the job done and the dryers worked well whilst we were there (skeptical before I went because of the reviews).

They will charge you 7.20£for 35lb washing machine but the machine will not accept 20p so you have to pay 8£The wash time they said 45 min but it will end exactly in 25 minIn the video both machines were started together, the 10lb machine wash time is 25 min for cost 5£ and35lb machine wash time is 45 min for cost of 7£but they are scamming us with washing time and as well as washing costThey will charge you 7.20£ but the machine wont accept 20p so you have to pay 8£The wash time they said 45 min but exact wash time will be the same as 16lb machine 25 min

Good laundrett, self service no one working there machines are good condition and the dryers work perfectly I want sure at first when I seen reviews but it's does exactly what you want
