New Gym with great Equipment. Free-weights with lots of equipment and plenty of benches for those who know what they are doing. Also weight machines are fantastic especially for beginners with low injury risk. Staff are helpful, provide advice when asked and a well managed Gym. Recommend highly

The gym itself is excellent, very well equipped with a good range of plate loaded and pin machines, dumbbells, racks etc. There’s plenty of cardio equipment and the massage beds are a nice addition as well. Generally the gym is clean and tidy and the members try to look after the equipment. There is a diverse mix of members, young and old, but everyone is friendly and respectful, no hogging equipment and happy to let you work in with them. Staff are very friendly and helpful and there’s also a good mix of knowledgable Personal Trainers to work with if you need a bit of extra help.

Well equipped gym, friendly staff that give the place a nice welcoming vibe, and open early/late enough to get a good workout in before or after work. I spoke with Adam about altering my membership plan, and he was quickly able to find a plan that met my new usage requirements. Definitely my gym pick if you're based near Wokingham.

Great gym, I was member from the day it had opened back in April 2021.After training at Energie for over a year, I decided to run my personal training business here.The staff are friendly, the memebers are great and there's a fantastic community vibe here.The gym is amazingly clean, the equipment is great and well looked after.

I've been a member at Energie Fitness Wokingham since they opened. What a wonderful gym and amazing team! The team are so friendly and approachable and go above and beyond to provide support to the members. The equipment is diverse and up to date. The gym floor and changing rooms are kept clean and tidy. There are hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipe stations dotted around for all to use. They offer a wide variety of classes and virtual classes suitable for all ages. I would highly recommend both Stuart Ratcliffe and Andy Smith's spin classes on a Tuesday and Thursday morning. Also, Julie Rathwell's shape (body pump) and pilates on a Wednesday evening and not forgetting Frankie Cohen's pilates class on a Friday lunchtime. Following your workout, why not relax one of the two awesome massage beds. You can even top up your tan on the sunbed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this gym. The teams commitment and dedication to ensuring the members have a great workout is commendable. You're the best!

Joining Energie fitness in Wokingham has literally changed my life. I joined the gym soon after the pandemic was over. Initially I attended the Learn to Lift sessions. These were a great introduction to proper form & use of gym equipment. I think what struck me most is how friendly the staff are. They make you feel comfortable and they are so approachable. The equipment is of high standard and the gym is constantly cleaned.The 3 D scanner & hydro massage bed are a great addition.If it’s a well/equipped, friendly, inclusive, spacious gym you’re after, then look no further.

This is the best gym in town. Before I joined I queried the commitment to equality and women's fitness, and was happy with their answer. Management are very committed to diversity and equalities and the customers reflect that commitment. There are lots of women, a range of ages and backgrounds and abilities. Energie has not disappointed me! There is an excellent series of classes aimed at new gym users, taught by women, to make us (new users, mostly but not exclusively women) comfortable using weights and equipment that are sometimes seen as for men. There are live classes and virtual classes as well. The gym is very clean and management are quick to fix issues that arise. The equipment is well maintained. I have FUN at this gym.

I have been a member for the last 8 months and moved from another gym in Wokingham of which I had been a member for 20+ years. I really wish I had moved over earlier! The staff always say hello and are friendly. Great at giving advice. The equipment is diverse and more importantly clean!! The classes are vast even though I am more of a gym girl, I love the spin class on the Sunday morning followed by the awesome massage beds. Really sets me up for the week. Mark is the best spin teacher ever and knows his stuff! Thank you Energie Wokingham! 5*'s to you!

I joined Energie, Wokingham looking to recover strength and mobility after several severe knee operations, and recovery has been made so much easier because of Energie, they have a lot of machines that focus on all aspects of leg mobility and strength, as well as lots of different upper body options. Also, the team at Energie are so friendly and very approachable, as well as the community that attend the gym in general, there are people of all walks of life and I never once felt out of place or self conscious at all. Facilities are brilliant too, always felt very accommodated for and supported at this gym.
