Bought a car off of them after it going back twice already for oil leaks the 3rd time it's been back for almost a month after a week ago being told it would cost me £600 to get fixed I have rang this morning to find they have scrapped the car all together without my concent. Please please avoid at all cost

It's places like this that give used car salesmen a bad name. Firstly they took a deposit and wouldn't return calls or provide an update for 2-3 weeks. After picking up the vehicle there were a couple of issues so I tried to get the car booked back in, again no response. I ended up taking the car to another garage who advised that the MOT was essentially fraudulent as the nature of the issues it should never have passed. Would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere before parting with their cash.

Fast service just never had the tyres we wanted but they did offer an alternative at the same price

If I could give them a zero star I would sold me an unsafe vehicle!! He new what was wrong piles on fake promises and never carries it through if I had known my consumer rights I would of sued his backside the car ended up scrapped !!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID

At the time of my initial contact by telephone I found that Adderley Road Car Sales answered all my questions in a professional and courteous manner My partner and I then travelled over 50miles to view the car. When we arrived the vehicle was ready, we were offered a test drive I also checked all the documentation that came with the car at no time were we rushed and we were left alone to make an informed decision which makes a pleasant change. A deposit was left and a date agreed for collection The car was found to have been prepared to a very high standard both inside and out, a service had been completed with the addition of the rear discs and pads being changed, my expectations were not only met they were exceeded .Unfortunately a short time after ownership the car developed a coolant leak, I contacted Adderley Road Car Sales no problem, the car was returned, a new radiator was fitted at no cost to myself. I have also returned to have two new tyres fitted, as at time of purchase it was agreed when required they would fit and charge at trade prices, quite a saving even against Internet prices. A big thank you to Sam and all the other staff who made purchasing a new vehicle pleasurable.
