Disabled lady 70yrs, charged £7 to drop script into Dr's, should be £5, been charged as much as £10, 3times a month!! Spoken to them, taking advantage!

Absolute shower, waiting for taxi never arrived called back and told they had been bamping horn and no one came. Total liars never turned up we live right beside were cars pull up and was waiting at door whole time.

I booked a taxi yesterday and also confirmed that the taxi is booked. Today when I asked whether they are coming the response was - “ohooo where are you going…” then after wasting my with useless questions he told me that they are not coming. When I asked why they confirmed the taxi if they can’t serve customer.Now this had happened earlier as well, I asked that I want to talk to owner of A1 taxi. Again no proper response.When booked another taxi and after 15 minutes when I reached train station, Driver called me again.

Awful your supposed to be 24 hour light was on but door was locked. I rang and all I got was engaged tone. I stood for nearly 2 hours outside office from 12.45am . Not one taxi stopped outside in all that time it was a disgrace. finally got home but with another taxi firm

A 5 Star Taxi Service, arrived in 10 minutes. I had Trevor drive me to my destination. Far better than Foyle Taxis, who failed to turn up and in an hour

Terrible phone manner and frankly didn't want to try and organise my trip at 5pm on a Friday. Told me a lie of some other company in Eglinton to call that doesn't exist anymore. Thanks!

Absolutely disgusted. Told I would have to wait half an hour. Two hours and many calls later still no sign despite it being on its way" for the last hour and a half.... I appreciate this time of year is busy but to be told I'm not getting my taxi because too many people keep arriving at the office door is not good enough. I've missed a meet up with a dear friend visiting from the US for the holidays. I won't get to see her now. I'm absolutely gutted and will definitely never use this company again"

We booked a trip to the airport for our first holiday abroad this year.We paid the extra fare for a premium executive car. First, they called us and asked if we'd be happy with a worse car (but no mention of a refund/reduced price). We said 'no'. They then proceeded to cancel our booking half an hour before the cab was due to arrive (03:00 AM), via *email*. We did not notice until we were outside, waiting. We almost missed our flight, but thankfully managed with Uber.Horrible lack of professionalism. Spend your money elsewhere.

Could hardly hear the person on the phone but they were chatting and laughing with someone in the background - they hung up on me before I could even ask how long it would be. 30mins later still no sign. Rang them again and they told me ‘they’ll be their shortly love’. Finally showed up - didn’t even have a chance to reach for my seatbelt before the driver sped off.... I wish this was the only time this had happened but it’s a regular occurrence unfortunately. My wait record was 1hr 10mins....

Tried to book a taxi for an early morning trip to the train station. Was told “there wasn’t a hope” at that time of the morning. I said ok no problem and the operator hung up. Terrible phone manner and really unprofessional. The type of crowd that won’t care about a bad review.
