So sadWhen they were a small nail bar in the middle of the mallThe service was topWent yesterday for normal nail polishI wanted french but she told me it wont last so they stopped doing itI paid £12For red nail polish and after 24hrs it started peeling off!!I preferred if she was totally honest in admitting that the products aren’t as good as they were before or its old now so its peeling of and let me take the decision to get my nails done in that case!And at the end of the day my nails are still peeling!!!

STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEYThis lady literally did my nails and she had the audacity of asking her child/ business partner to learn on me which l obviously refused. However after she did all the work, results were so terrible... I cant even begin to describe countless wrong things that happened today. I mean from a dirty salon, hurting my figures, terrible customer service, and even had the audacity to tell me to relax my hands after continuously hurting me throughout the process with her nail drill and then of course all of it costed me £37 for basically sh*t acrylic. Honestly can't wait to take off already

I had a gel pedicure as a walk in, I do not live in Luton, just saw it in the mall and thought should be ok.Staff was nice, but definitely they have no idea about “beauty salon standards “ and here i talkAbt hygiene. Absolutely terrible. All the things we’re laying down in theFloor, the chiar were i was supposed toKeepMy feet on, was so dirty. I really don’t understand how come such a place is allowed in the mall and nobody checking on them. U can get any infection so easy in this way. I advise the ones managing it to get proper training and see how a beauty salon should work.It’s just not acceptable…

Went in for my eyebrows to be threaded. After the lady had finished with my eyebrows she goes do you want your upper lip doing too? If I wanted this done I would have said. This made me feel very insecure about my upper lip hair and I have been struggling with it since. Please think before you ask if they want any other hair removed, if they do not ask for it do not suggest it.

I visited here today as my regular nail tech is on holiday and I had broken a nail. I wish I had walked out as soon as the lady burnt me with the e-file. This happened repeatedly and she tried to tell me it was because I had dry skin. I had an infill and I was watching her application and it was so lumpy. I was thinking ok, trust the process. Nope, I should have left. The gel application is poor with flooded cuticles and the tools they were using were poor quality, the entire salon needs cleaning. I didn’t leave out of politeness and still paid £33… but I would absolutely never go back there and do not recommend this place. I’m now stuck with odd looking nails for two weeks.

I am absolutely disgusted with this salon. Whilst the staff were lovely, it does not make up for the fact my nails are an awful quality and they have in fact CHEMICALLY BURNT my cuticles and area round my fingers. The price list also says an infill is £18 and they charged me £28. They did the same to my friend and for her it took 2 HOURS for an infill, again coming out an awful quality. My friend refused to pay the £28 as they could not tell us where the extra £10 had come from. DO NOT GOT HERE. DISGUSTING.
