Complete Garage Doors

Sean attended my garage promptly and carried out good-quality repairs, re-installing the original door with some new fittings and repairing others for a reasonable price. I had been let down by another firm which undertook to come round the previous Friday but failed to appear, then again on the Saturday, so it was a relief to find someone reliable.

We are extremely happy with the service, replacing our broken garage door with the new one. The team has been very responsive in communication throughout the ordering process. Quoted price was reasonable. Original timeline was met with no issue. The job was done professionally, thoroughly and with a very friendly attitude. Highly recommended !

8:30am found a broken piece of wheel part on garage floor(don’t know why)9:30am called and sent some photos, told will come today to fix it.11:45am called me to say on the way;12:20pm arrived with mask on;12:40pm broken part replaced free of charge;1pm I’m writing this review.Thank you Shawn! Earlier today I rang these guys about our mangled garage door. A couple of hours later, James arrived and performed an excellent and thorough repair at a very reasonable cost.I don't hesitate to recommend this firm. Definitely five stars!

This company carried out a repair to my garage door in February 2017 and I was very happy with it. They supplied 2 handsets. This year one of the handsets broke and I rang the company (spoke to Mel) and asked whether arrangements could be made for someone to replace it for me. I was unsure whether I would be able to configure it myself so asked whether the engineer could come round, or whether I could be given instructions on how to configure it if it was posted to me. She kept saying she would get back to me, but never did.Recently the switch on the wall in my garage used to open the door broke so I rang to ask whether someone could come and fix it., and at the same time deal with the replacement handset. She promised to call me back, but did not. I left a voicemail asking her to contact me, which has gone unanswered so I have now given up and am going to use a different company.

Rang this company and spoke to Mel on monday afternoon 9th November she told me what details I needed to give her,. Rang mel with the details today about 10am she checked stock of the spring sets that were needed, ( which they had in stock.) To my delight Mel said the job could be carried out about 3pm today. her two colleges arrived early they were both very helpful and frendly they did a great job. Sean showed me what had been done and said be cereful when opening the door put your hands on the door to ease it up as the springs will be very lively for a little while He was not wrong.Would not hesitate to recomend this company to my faimily and friendsso give them a try you won't regreat it. just one more thing there prices are very compeditive.
