Awful, food was barely warm the battered sausages was soo pale, garden peas very mushy and mushy peas looked like they’ve been sat under the warmer for days on end. Overcooked chips. Closed all the sections off in the cafe so you’re blocked in, staff got bad attitude and got no work commitment.

We went to the cafe, my shepherd's pie was cold, I sent it back and it came back 15 minutes later only warm. We had to get our own drinks from the display counter and had to ask for the desserts, then told to help ourselves.

Absolutely in love with this Morrisons. The cafe is incredibly useful and their parking spaces never run out with 2 separate parking lots. Their prices for groceries are really good. The fruit and veg section is always kept fresh. They offer brilliant bakery items too at a great price. Always find to be doing a very cheap shop at Morrisons every time and the quality of their food never fails.

I've given it three stars because the shop is fine but the cafe leaves much to be desired. The wait for the meal wasn't too bad, but I had to change not only the utensils three times but also the cups as they were dirty. But the staff at the café were nice.I wouldn't go back there for a meal though

I visited this store today and saw the security staff abusing a customer. Customer seemed to complain that no cone had been left at the entrance to the underground parking area. As a female alone I found this display very intimidating and uncomfortable. The customer clearly was discussing his issue and was surrounded by 2 security and a Morrison's staff member. Surely this is not a professional way to deal with a complaint. It wasn't enough for them to intimidate they duly followed the customer outside and made personal comments about his teeth. This customer was clearly distressed as I saw him using an Inhaler. Why did a member of Morrison's staff not intervene? In this society people should be treated with respect. I am visibly shaken by these events and am considering shopping somewhere else .

Had a Christmas dinner just now and it was so disgusting. I wouldn't feed it to a dog. Tinned cold turkey, mush for sprouts, mash with a crusty skin, transparent gravy and an overall taste that wasn't quite right.

I like Morrisons, it's based near the interchange in Bolton, so it's handy if you don't drive. All groceries can be bought from this store. Just one level shop, with a cafeteria so you can eat if you fancy a snack. Short walk to Bolton Market if you need to go there.

The store is clean and tidy, the cafe is fantastic value with numerous different hot and cold food options.I love the fact that you can order your food from a LCD terminal and the staff will bring your food to your table. The staff are all very friendly and helpful especially the kiosk staff, and a big shout out to one of the kiosk girls Sabrina who’s always helpful happy and smiley.

I parked in a disabled bay and put the blue badge in the window then I helped my wife ( who has parkinsons) from the car to the store and over to customer service desk to register our car for the extra hour on the car parking as per usual. I shown the lady on the desk the photo of our blue badge as I always do. But she insisted on seeing the actual badge, which, considering I had my wife stood with me and who is clearly disabled and unable to walk unaided made me think she has an issue with disabled people and blue badges. I had to leave my wife stood at the counter and go out to the car and bring the badge in store to satisfy the 'jobsworth' on the counter. I carried the badge in store with me rather than leave my wife alone again just to take it back to the car and therefore risking a ticket on my car for not displaying a blue badge. I found her attitude totally unacceptable and Morrisons should reconsider having her on the customer service desk because she had the customer service skills of a newt. I shall never shop at this store again. Absolute shocking experience.
