Nothing but problems from not delivering at times stated (3 hour differnence) to leaving blank missed delivery cards with absolutely no information what so ever. Go to depot to pick package up (2 hour round trip) to be told its been left with a neighbour but they don't know which one. Problem resolved after phone calls made to driver.

First delivery I had with them the parcel was left on the doorstep and when I complained they gave me some flannel that someone lurking near my house signed for it.Now a 2nd delivery has had me in all day and at 16:11 I was supposed to be out.I suspect that I am being punished for complaining.Who knows when I'll be getting it.
