Thrum Mill

Went for a wild swim but whole thing is barb wired up.

Going to The Thrum Mill for some 70 years.It is the most favourite place of mine.From a derilict mill building & no wheel.The present owners have made such a delightful renovation of this mill and buildings attached.I even have painting on convass of the Mill,done for for my 80th year, sadly without the shown wheel.

Local beauty spot that has been locked away behind Barb wire fences and security cameras for no one to enjoy anymore.Few different routes to this spot and lots of options for passing through for experienced whitewater paddlers.amazing in all conditions as the light rocks and nature all Co habitat and work symbiotically.

Good for wild swimming deep pool very peaceful
