Excellent service, had a pedicure & nails done ready for my holiday. Got my husband in for a pedicure as well. Can not fault them did excellent job & my husband was extremely impressed with his feet after having his hard skin removed!! Highly recommend them.

English is poor, spoke in the language about myself made me feel well awkward because I told them No to giving up my seat after 55 mins waiting. No appointments needed so they choose the quickest choice instead of going by first come. Had to change and reshape every last nail all of the nails were disgraceful and bent, Two nails have came off 3 days later!! Never been somewhere so bodged in my life. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Best nails in Evesham! I cameIn on a Friday at 5.30pm after getting my nails done else where a few days before and not being happy with them! The lovely owner (I believe) said she could apply new nails when some had come off and what colour and design would I like, I did not feel rushed even given the time, i asked her to do whatever she like on my nails as I didn’t want to hold her up more than anything! And she still did a dul deishn with two colours? Glitter and a couple cute stamps. All for a very reasonable price even when I said offered more! They really care here and do a great job!

Went with a particular Christmas nail design and well safe to say they looked better than the original design idea I had!! Lovely staff, very welcoming... The general environment of the nail salon was wonderful and I felt very safe as all precautions were taken during the current situation with Covid-19. Highly recommend :)

I have been getting my nails done for about 10 years with Helen, Billy and the team. Very friendly, professional and personally I won't go anywhere else. Always really pleased with my nails after every visit, brilliant business.

i would not recommend this nails shop.i took my girlfriend about two weeks ago to get her nails done it cost her £33. we went in to complain about 5 bays after she had then gone. she had some of her nails falling off and the fact that they did not fill them in properly. she spoke to the manger and she just laughed in my girlfriend face

Not very happy with my experience here. I am profoundly deaf and the only way I can communicate to a hearing person is via lipreading. I came into the shop and informed them that I was deaf and needed them to take off their masks for me to communicate, or they could write on paper. They refused to do either and kept speaking to me with their masks on. There was only one male who tried to use gestures to help me, but other than that they were inaccessible and rude. As anyone would feel, my anxiety heightened when I did not know what was going on and what was being said, I felt like a burden and was uncomfortable because anytime they'd speak to me, I wouldn't have a clue what was going on or what they were asking. If you have any disabilities, I would consider not going here as you'll walk away with the feeling of being a burden and not having any access.

They don’t speak English which would be fine but I didn’t realise what was going on. One person started my nails off and then just stopped to do someone else which confused me. I went to the second guy who kept stopping doing my nails to change the tv channel which made me feel a little awkward. He also drilled my actual nail rather than the acrylic and it’s been bleeding ever since. He used a lot of pressure when drilling and filing my nails to the point when it hurt. The nails themselves do look very good though. Very even and the right shape and the outcome is very good. The experience however not so much.
