Very friendly and helpful, well equipped and obviously love animals. My dog took to it like a duck to water (pardon the pun) and was really happy and very eager to engage with the process. In fact on his second visit I got pulled into the pool room he was so keen. Can thoroughly recommend.

I was very impressed with the service.My pomeranian was slightly nervous, as to be expected but they made him feel very welcome and he was noticeably bouncy and could walk for longer periods after.

Today we took tilly our 19 week old pup for a swimming lesson !! And yes I know don't all dogs know how to swim?" But we wanted it to be a very positive experience and it was !! She did so well and no stress!! Totally in awe of the understanding that was shown to her and she will be back soon!!"

Very caring and calming staff towards my dogs needs. They talk to you not at you and took note of my mobility. After the session in the hydro pool you can shower and dry your dog, all very well organized.
