The fried chicken and fries from here is great quality. I dont think I've ever walked in and walked out within 20 minutes as they are always low on ready-cooked chicken, which shows you how popular they are.

I always pre order in plenty of time when my family visits meHowever today my order should have been delivered at 2.50 pm.The restaurant decided to call me at 2 .48 to let me know that my delivery adress was 0.5 over the distance. so.they could not deliver my order.I explained that thus has never been an issue in the past .However he wasn't interested in what I had to say .I had been a very loyal customer until today thar is

A popular place in this neighbourhood, but unfortunately the food is not good. Especially in the evening. I always get sick when I eat there.

In general the foods not bad, I understand sometimes it can be busy but I went in waited about 10 minutes before I even made my order even though there was no one else queuing, person at cashier on phone call I tried asking for my order they said to wait, what appears to be a friend of theirs walks in they get served straight away and get their food, right as I'm leaving they ask for my order. Overall gotta up the customer service

Come here on a regular basis but it’s nothing like what it used to be. The chicken strips and wings are sat in front of the light bulb all day. Who knows if they’re from the previous day?Today I got a panini meal and the the bread was hard and cold, the chicken inside was dry no sauces inside, I just had to bin it after the three bits. The chips were over cooked and rock hard. The customer service here has always been absolutely poor nothing new. The Guy taking orders always on his phone with his Bluetooth piece in his ear never paying attention and messing your order up all the time.They’ve increased the prices but the quality in the chicken and the sauces they give have massively gone down.In honest opinion I don’t think they care at all what they sell and the food reflects that, I won't be ever going back after this. And I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting food from here .

Ordered wings and fries, had to bin it. The chicken was so hard to bite. It tasted tough, dry and old, like it was on the 4th day of reheating. Wont order from here again. Fries were dry also. What a waste

I went there at 10:30 p.m. Google saying it closes that 11 pm this saying they are closed I told them on Google it's saying 11 o'clock they disagreed total let down, SORT YOUR HOURS OUT
