Totally Unprofessional Outfit, they seemed helpful & genuine at first, then you find they are not as they seem. Very disappointed with the courtesy they have shown me and urge potential customers to seek alternative delivery services such as Interlink Redditch, where they seem to offer a genuine service. Avoid!!!

never answers the phone. doesn’t reply to any emails. They wouldn’t listen to me, the woman on the phone who eventually answered after I had to call back was rude and useless. Almost as if she didn’t want to be there.

Dreadful Customer Service. You can only collect a parcel after 3pm and before they close at 5.30pm. Maybe they think that everybody should work around them????

Terrible, very unhelpful in the office, need to show some willing, drivers all ok but when there’s a note on the door please lease with neighbours, they still don’t then don’t leave a card in the letterbox

Poor attitude on the phone from Maddie then when I called back and spoke to Paul, asked to speak to a manager, all of a sudden they’re all managers. Had the phone put down on me twice!!

I have had a parcel sent from overseas. It has been at this firm for over a week. No contact. I chased up sender who says they won't deliver as a few kilos overweight but will ship back to sender. What a way to run a business. Plenty of others to use. Stay clear
