Three years ago Kevin provided a great service. Lately his ego seems to have grown to such a size any resemblance of customer service has disappeared. He has morphed into an arrogant little man who view clients as an annoyance. It's a real shame he is ruining what was a good business. We all have bad days but when a commercial client is told to wait a week for a breakdown and be happy and shut up because KC are the best and you've got no chance of getting anyone better. So now I have replaced your system I find that there are far better firms locally who give a far better service and cost far less too.
