Booked two taxis for a short trip, plus the return journey, which had to be paid for prior.Taxis duly arrived on time with courteous drivers.A few days later and the taxis were waiting as booked.100% happy with the service & will use again without hesitation.

I was shocked.I’ve used pirate cars for years. First time today using them since being taken over by DG taxis and it was ridiculous he took the longest route even though I’d told him it would be quicker a different way and he said no I go this way! For the same route I do all the time costing £5.60-£6 cost my nearly £10!!! Absolutely shocking. If it was a pound fair enough but that much for the same trip I do a lot is silly! I sure to say won’t be using them ever again !!!! Their gunna loose a lot of business

Terrible wouldn't recommendDidn't turn up on time. Hadn't even allocated a drive for the time we had booked for. Second time in 2 weeks missed my train dude to this taxi service.

Taxi was 15 minutes late but it didn’t overly matter! The driver was lovely. £41 from Annesley to Nottingham in an 8 seater minibus which was good.

Couldn't get a taxi, however if they are bust and you haven't pre booked, it is to be expected, however I rang at 11.45 to a blunt we have no availability, wasn't offered a later taxi or anything

Very helpful and professional manner wouldn't use any other taxi firm thank you so much my husband as had a stroke and they was so helpful
