The Lister Arms
We were staying in Malham and went for dinner both nights we were there. Definitely worth booking, even for a Monday evening in October, we only got a table because people hadn't shown up. Food was great, well presented, reasonable portion sizes. Nice log fire.

The Lister Arms
It's a nice country pub serving good ale and food, in a beatiful setting. I live just down the road and found it's the best pub to end our walks in Malham. The service does let the place down though; last night I was ignored at the bar while trying to make a food order and when I did get service, the card machine was just pointed at without any acknowledgement or thank you when I made the payment. The lad serving the food seemed pretty miserable too.

Faultless, Enjoyed a 2 night stay. Room spotless, with comfy bed and pillows.Evening meal excellent. Breakfast was amazing (home made bread to die for)Every member of staff are a credit to your team, very attentive and helpful.Will definitely return.

The Lister Arms
This dog friendly hotel in the Yorkshire Dales is a gem! First visit here after it was recommended by a friend. Located in the village of Malham next to the famous Malham Cove. There are so many places to explore nearby. The service was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. I’m a vegan, and they were able to provide great advice on the menu. The decor and rooms are traditional and stylish. We will definitely come back for another weekend away with the dogs. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is THE place to go.Bedrooms are gorgeous. Nicely decorated. Warm. Fantastic amenities (White Stuff toiletries etc). Pub has a cozy fire and some great little chairs by it. Dining room is spacious bit intimate at the same time.Food even better than the bedrooms. Every meal whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner came from the Kitchen at a high standard. Delicious food cooked well.And the staff...the cherry on the top! A very warm welcome when checking in. Very friendly servers in the dining room. Great chatty staff at the bar.Visited as a solo traveller and felt completely looked after my entire stay. I've already told friends to book here. If you are reading this, you should too!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We visited twice in the same day!Great food, great service, dog friendly, but best of all, the atmosphere here is perfect. Lots of friendly staff and customers, fires lit, nice and warm and dry with warm lighting. Wonderful and everything you want from a hearty local pub. Better than competitors. Thank you for everything, and it was nice to meet you and your son Goose and I hope you enjoyed your late dinner!

We loved our short stay at the Lister Arms. Everything about it was fantastic - from the room, to the food and the service. We were made to feel very welcome along with our dog who thoroughly enjoyed it too. We will be back very soon. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

Very enjoyable and a good base for walking. Good food and drink and the drying room for boots and wet clothes was appreciated. Excellent service. Rooms in the barn are far enough away from the Inn to need a coat in winter!

The Lister Arms
A lovely pub situated in the beautiful village of Malham. Ideally places to explore the surrounding dales and walks around Malham Cove. The rooms are modern and well appointed as well as allowing dogs to stay as well. The food and drink in the pub are first class and would highly recommend a stay here.
