Food is fine unless you ask for a customisation which they seem to struggle with,good luck finding a clean table inside and certain things were out of stock and even BBQ sauce and many different burgers on the menu

They can do with extra one staff to clean up the tables.You have to navigate for a clean table, I sat next to a dirty one, finished my meal yet still dirty. Otherwise BK is the best burger in the world.

Avoid this grim restaurant. Found a dead wasp in our fries and had already swapped out one cold, limp burger for a warm one.Litter all over the floor, tables dirty.Genuinely grim and regret opting for a Burger King over other options.

Waited ages for our order. When it finally arrived, it was cold so sent it back. Servers could not care less. Paid for a milkshake but then machine broke, didn't get offered the extra money I had paid, to be refunded!

Used the drive thu this evening, hadn't had a Burger King in ages so was looking forward to it. The lack of queue was an indication of what was to come. The person taking the order sounded like she was dead inside and merely speaking to us was a monumental effort, almost like we were an inconvenience. We ordered 3 meals, straight forward, no variations. Still got the drinks wrong. We asked if they had any milkshakes and it was like we'd asked for a mathematical equation to be answered. The food was horrific, the burger was overcooked, no sauce at all and the bap was super dry. The chicken nuggets were chewy. BK have never been known for their chips but jeez, these were something else, they were also just thrown into the bag all over the place. I appreciate it's fast food and not fine dining cuisine but honestly, the food was disgusting and £24 for the privilege. I do not even want to think about how gross it probably is inside. Should have gone to Maccy D's. If you're being lazy and fancy a take out, go see Ronald.

Just so dirty. I wanted to use the ladies but the restaurant was so dirty I could only imagine what their toilet facilities were like. Husband enjoyed his burger but I wouldn’t eat based on floor in eating area.

I found it very poor. Food was not really very warm for saying it's supposed to be freshly cooked. The fries were cold. I won't say the service was good because they wasn't really any at all. I've been there before, and it's been far. Better may have been an off day.

Had to wait for a while at the till, whilst standing in a puddle of dirty water from the broken drinks machines. This was despite there being two people standing around chatting. I had to call over twice. Finally got served. My tea had no milk, so asked for a refund (no milk could be found). The manager eventually came over. Has anyone checked the stock room?". Low and behold

Very well prepared food, polite and friendly staff, immaculately clean eating area and toilets. Frequent visitor to this branch. Highly recommended.
