Surprisingly unprofessional and no further desire to ever be client of them or work with these amateurs.We made an offer on premises and were told to wait for the client’s approval. Then we were asked to send our statements, documents and accounts. Then wee were told to wait again. Finally, discovered that the premises were already let to another client.Highly unprofessionally, the advert was never marked as “under offer” and we were never told that there is already one lease being prepared for another client, so we were kept as a backup option, just in case. We wasted 4 weeks planning to take the premises and missed other opportunities.Regretful experience, once again confirming that the country needs a regulatory body in order to keep the amateurs away from flooding the professional’s market.
