This company is unbelievably poor service- you pay in advance for 3 £120 for two hours weekly clean hour IF they send you a cleaner you pay separately to them. THE PROBLEM IS - they are not bothered if your cleaner is sick or for some reason doesn’t turn up. Final result - you have your place to clean yourself, lots of frustration and ruined plans plus … you’ve paid for this in advance!!!!

Time for You Lincolnshire supplied me with an excellent cleaner called Elena, a lovely person from Romania. She is punctual, friendly co-operative and incredibly hard working, always willing to do anything I ask of her. I also booked her separately for a couple of hours to deep clean my wet room, the floor of which was badly stained by standing, very hard water. She did this task superbly. So I have no issues with my cleaner, only genuine praise. My only gripe is that I expected the company to contact me after a few weeks to check everything was OK etc. This didn't happen although when I contacted the company their representative did at that time ask how things were going.

Used this company for the last 12 months,very professional and have really good attention to detail. Cannot fault them. The customer service is very helpful and i would highly recommend anyone who wants there house cleaning to use these guys services.

Beware! This company provides an introductory service to the cleaner only, and they make you sign/and pay for an initial 13 week period. The first cleaner assigned to me didn't work for the full hours paid for. No apology or refund offered, they just assigned another cleaner The second cleaner was unsuitable and didn't do the work to a reasonable standard. I asked to terminate the contract early and receive a refund as I didn't think it was reasonable to have to have a third cleaner assigned and wanted to cut my losses. They wouldn't refund the remainder of the fee paid, still no apology and a really bad customer service from both the regional office and the head office saying my only option was to allow them to assign a 3rd cleaner. Really disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.

I had a bungalow that needed cleaning prior to selling. The booking of the service was simple and Sid’s team did a great job in making the property spick and span ready for the new owners.

Excellent Job!The house we moved into on Friday needs a major refurb and modernisation - tired and worn, but we need to live in it. This was a one-off clean before our furniture arrives and the first time I have called on any cleaning service.Zobia and her team arrived punctually and immediately set about carpets, wooden floor, old paintwork, windows (including large bay window and 2 large windows in hall) and internal glass doors in 2 reception rooms, 2 bedrooms and cloakroom. This gave the house a real lift and major freshen up, leaving us to paint two rooms before arrival of furniture on Monday...They were friendly and happy in their work - good to hear the house ringing with laughter.Very pleased with the results. Will be happy to recommend and use Time For You again.Thank you

Excellent service provided from cleaner, Sumalee is a little pocket rocket; whizzes around the house cleaning as she goes. A lovely lady. Management professional, all queries are responded to quickly and I am listened to, I recommend this business to anyone requiring a cleaner.

I did use this business and I was told that when my cleaner could not work during the summer holidays, that they would send a replacement. They did not but they were happy to take my monthly fee but no did not contact me at all. After the summer holidays were over my cleaner contacted me to see if I still wanted her or was the new cleaner sufficient. I said what new cleaner! She was appalled and I.asked her why she was contacting me and not the business. She said they asked her too.Shocking service if it can be classed as that. Just money grabbers really!In response to your message since I cannot reply to your response; I was not contacted by you. I cancelled my direct debit because I never heard from you. You are not a reputable company and you do not tell the truth!
