HITIO Gym Orpington

A gym with an incredible value for money. The staff is outstanding, super nice and attentive.The teachers and coaches we work with are great, we are super happy to be part of the HITIO family.

Nice and spacious gym. Can get onto equipments no problem. Ventilation needs sorting out as it’s really warm and stuffy in the front of the gym. Staff behind the desk aren’t the most helpful.

The negative comments about the staff here is completely unfounded in my experience.I have been training here regularly for nearly a year now. I am also a member at Muscleworks, but HITIO gym is very convenient when you have children with you. The equipment is top of the range, the gym is clean, the staff have always been nothing but friendly to me, the toilets, showers and changing facilities are spacious and clean, the classes available to both adults and children are brilliant. In short, it’s a great gym with a lovely atmosphere, where both staff and members are friendly and approachable. To boot, the location is great, parking is generally ample, and there are a good selection of cafes and eateries for a post workout feast (if that’s your thing!).

Hitio gym has been fantastic for me and my husband. There is something for everyone, for me the yoga and abs class was what actually made me join. The instructors are great, especially the lovely yoga instructor Chloe, and Dani who does the abs class, and manages the day to day running of the club, and lan who does the cross training classes. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always so helpful and encouraging and have helped us both massively on our mission to get fit. I thoroughly recommend joining!

Reviewing after the first month of our family membership.We love this gem.(not typo)Clean, never too busy,separate shower rooms, kids and adult kick box and jiu jitsu classes.Suitable for day 1 beginners so no need to worry. (No one will punch/kick you)4 weeks into it and at 46 I am in my best shape of my life already.Friendly team and gym members.My boys are able to train under my supervision.Super glad to have found this place.

My boyfriend and I joined HITIO Orpington almost 2 weeks ago, and we love it! The staff is super friendly and professional, and the trainers are well-experienced & inspiring! The gym is spacious and clean. I love yoga and crosstraining classes, and I don't imagine my days without them. Thank you Daniela, Raj, Pavlo, Chloe, Jessica, Iain and others for keeping us fit & healthy :) Good luck!

I am so thankful to have found this gym! Their package in terms of classes is great and really makes them stand apart from other gyms (classes like: martial arts, cross training, yoga ...)Everyone is super friendly, this includes both the members and the staff!The owners of the gym are fantastic - they are open to suggestions and you can see that they clearly want their gym to succeed. They have put a tremendous amount of time and effort into making a great gym.Would definitely recommend :)

Since joining HITIO GYM I have never looked back since it has changed my lifestyle and I really enjoy coming to the gym. Have been to the gym for 5 months the staff are friendly and helpful and the classes are really enjoyable and motivating.

bad customers service from the staff behind front desk. no friendly. There's other better gyms in orpington thank this. dont go there. you dont have to be a member of this gym to have an experience / be shown around to make an impression! I was shown around and asked questions before making my decisions. So their replies to the negative reviews dont make sense at all...

Joined here as a family. What a friendly gym! Very welcoming staff. Kids can do classes at the same time parents can fo a class, or just workout in the gym. Plenty of equipment and machines so not much waiting around, especially during the day. And the gym has just opened so everything is so new and clean!! Fitness Boxing classes for adults are very enjoyable, as is the crosstraining classes. Our kids really enjoyed the junior kickboxing class, such a fun way for them to burn energy.
