Would like to say a huge Thank you for the beautiful ‘Nan’ tribute flowers that you put together for my nans funeral today.Being in Australia and unable to attend the funeral, the flowers were my last gift to her, and they were just perfect.Thank you very much once again.

My wife received Mother’s Day flowers from my daughter from this company. On receipt of the display two of the flowers were dead, she contacted the company and was told to put them in a dilute bleach solution ( which did nothing ). Whilst she was doing this she noticed that the vase had a large crack in it. She took a photo and sent it to the company and followed by speaking to one of the staff who said she would report it to the manager. This was several days ago now and she has heard nothing. It would be common courtesy to respond rather than ignore your clients.Disappointed about the quality and service received.After posting the above review the company contacted me and replaced the original flowers with another display and a small box of chocolates. The display looks really nice and I would have given five stars but have marked it down due to lack of communication.

I recently ordered my wedding floristry from Walter Smith in Shoreham and my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids flowers and buttonholes exceeded my expectations. The flower choices and arrangement worked beautifully and looked stunning with my dress. So many people commented on how lovely they were and I can't recommend highly enough. Thank you!

My daughter ordered flowers through the shop from Spain for my birthday ,(her boyfriend Martin P paid for them)was told day of delivery and waited in all day for them. When it got to 2pm my daughter phoned me to see if they had arrived,which they hadn’t. I phoned the shop and was promised delivery would definitely be at 3pm as my flowers were last delivery of the day. Flowers arrived just after 4pm which made me cross as I was promised them at 3pm and had waited in all day for them. Wouldn’t be as bad if flowers were nice,but they were just a couple of roses packed out with greenery and I wasn’t very impressed,my daughter was upset as they were her birthday gift to me. Roses died after couple of days too. Told my daughter not to use this florist again and complained to the shop,you shouldn’t promise a time if you can’t honour it. My daughter Una has left a review,her boyfriend Martin P ordered and paid for the flowers.

Excellent service! Christmas arrangement ordered. Flowers were very nice, fresh. Substituted candle which wasn’t available, owner contacted to inform of substitution. Will most definitely use them again. Thank you.

Ordered flower arrangement for funeral that took place today. They were delivered on time and absolutely beautiful, exactly what I had ordered. All the more wonderful as the team were so busy with valentine day orders this week. Telephone order was dealt with very efficiently. Would recommend them highly for both service and quality.
