Stopped off for a quick bite to eat. The food was exactly as you'd expect from Greggs so that was good but unfortunately the cafe area was very dirty. Sadly there was discarded food all over the tables, chairs and floor. Clearly not enough staff to serve and clean.

Just came to this greggs and delivery truck parked in middle of road totally blocking all customer access and causing multiple cars to get stuck at 9AM! There was space to let people through but he chose not to. Not impressed. Delivery should be when store is not open to customers.

###Avoide### Do not visit this shop through drive, they sell stale items. Last night (08/07/2023), I bought 3 pasties (2xstake bake and 1x cheese and onions) all were taste like rotten, oily, cold from inside (i think they microwave old pasties). Coffee was like warm mud. This happens twice in a row.

The service is always fairly quick & the food is good standard Greggs.If you are driving past you will get a good greggs service.

Cold pasties are very frustrating when you pay for a warm one. Friendly and clean though they should reduce the price of hot food that's been out so long it's now cold food.

Only been a couple times, but staff have always been friendly and the place is always clean.There's space to sit outside so you can stare at the horrid Amazon warehouse while you have a doughnut

Had breakfast, it was alright but not what i ordered, i asked for omelet and bacon baguette and got bacon and sausage. Id set off and left before i realised.

Although clean and well presented, not the happiest of greggs I have used, get more of a grunt than a welcome, orders made up through the back and thrown at the hatch to be collected before being dumped on the counter to be collected, yep been to better Greggs not sure I will be back to this one

We went into Durham Services and saw this Greggs on a different site nearby, which looked new. It is superb. It has a drive-through, but we went in and sat at the tables. There were tables outside, too. Staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a customer toilet, which was clean. It was busy, but plenty of staff were serving, and queues went down really quickly. Only a few people were seated, so there was no trouble sitting in. There was plenty of parking. We plan to come here on future journeys.

I’ve stopped calling at Greggs despite it’s selection of bakes rolls and pasties which I would prefer to be hot out of the oven not cold and tasteless. No thanks not for me..
