Less than one star-I went along on Friday 6th and because I was delayed getting into their packed car park(there is nowhere else to park as all yellow lines) and the desk was only manned by one person with a queue of people they said I was 6 minutes late for my MOT so they wouldn`t do it.Referred to terms & conditions when there aren`t any on the voucher - nor should there be for 6 flippin minutes because of their fault!!! Been there 4 times in the last year -NEVER again

The experience was excellent, with no unnecessary chitchat. After arriving at the appointed time, I waited for about half an hour before it was my turn for the car, and everything went smoothly.

arrived at the recommended time for my appt but there was a 15 min wait and no indication of where to park. aside from that, the staff were friendly and helpful and the service was straightforward. the service was completed within 45 mins as promised and I was given the keys back promptly. I would recommend this place for your MOT :)

I would give them 0 star if it was possible. I booked online week ago for tyre change then on the day I turn up they told me that one tyre has arrived and still waiting for another one and they will call me when it arrives but all day I didn’t hear from them. I took day off from work also for this and they messed it up.They should have called me to let me know if this was the case. This is a very unprofessional approach. Next day I went there again which is today (07/11/23) and asked them and still same answer “tyre hasn’t arrived “I will never go there again and let my family and friends to avoid them at all cost and I recommend to all of you reading this review avoid them

have been using Protyre in Slough for many years to service my car and change my tyres. I have always been happy with the service I have received. The staff are always polite and helpful, and they are always honest about what needs to be done. I have never felt like I was being ripped off.The oldest gentleman at the garage, whose name I don't know, is always very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me in a way that I can understand. Excellent experience as a first customer here.Took my motorbike for set of new tyres. Sourced the right tyres quickly and at a very good price.Fitting was very good value.The mechanic working on the bike was excellent. Took the care to use the correct colour balancing weights for the wheels, and cleaned the wheels at the same time.Asked me what pressures I wanted and showed me the torque he had used to put everything back together (really matters on a bike).Friendly staff, quick and efficient.Couldn't fault them.
