Had a breakfast and iced latte here, it was quite good but nothing special. The place has a great ambiance and it’s in prime location as it’s right in the middle of highcross, I would definitely come here again for a coffee and maybe some pastries but not necessarily the breakfast.

First time visiting and found the food average, wouldn't come again as the fork was dirty..big put off! Hot chocolate was overly sweet, but nice. They put a good amount of cream on it. I did feel unwell after eating the food so will go elsewhere.

The staff were rude and ruined the otherwise pleasant experience. Got the order wrong as well.I was waiting for food and walked up to the counter to enquire about the status- was angrily told by the barista that there is a queue and your will have to wait" . I did not see her behaving similarly to other caucasian customers so it might be perception thing that triggered the response. They seem to be busy and under pressure - there was a handful of customers behind me . I get far superior customer service at any Costa where the underpaid overworked staff always make a point to be engaging and friendly without the snobbish premiums. The food and the ambience was really good. It is a shmE that the service let us down."

Cosy seating area, lovely hard working staff and atmosphere was lovely. Coffee and hot chocolate was perfectly made.Just a little expensive but with the great service I can't complain.

Very friendly staff ,atmosphere was nice and it had plenty of seats . Good for anyone.Food was good and didn't take long .I love the decorations in this place. And the quotes are great.The prices aren't to bad.decent.

We came back every day during our vacation in Leicester because the food was so delicious and the staff were very friendly.There is a great variety of ready made food, that you can takeaway or get heated. And a great variety of ready to order food.There were plenty of vegetarian options on the menu.We personally were huge fans of the smoothies, toasties and flat breads. The sweet pastries were also very yummy.I would highly recommend this place. And a big thanks to the staff for bringing such a warm and welcoming atmosphere :)

Wonderful place. Been here few times for a hot drinks. Lovely place. Customer service is great. Very friendly service.Coffee taste so good and perfect balance. Food not halal, yet vegetarian options are available. Store itself is very clean, cosy and calming. Not too busy on Wednesday evening, I am not sure about the other days. Definitely visit again whenever in highcross.

Wonderful coffee available in the middle of the shopping center. They don't compromise on quality - the coffee is the best. There's also a selection of sandwiches and desserts available. There is comfortable seating available with usb points.
