Rail Station Entrance

not satisfied with the behavior of the staff.Yesterday was my 2nd day of taking train since I came to UK. So I'm very new here. As far as I knew, people in UK are very well mannered. I just got my rail card and never used before, All I heard that I have to keep my railcard with me all the time. So while buying ticket, I forgot to show the card at first, but when the staff told me the ticket price I immediately remembered about the card and told her I have it. She just showed kind of a negative attitude towards me, like she was annoyed, and told me next time show the rail card first"
