David was excellent in terms of recommending which safe to buy and organised the installation very quickly. Sandy did a perfect job in all aspects of the installation - arriving within the given timeframe, calling on approach, performing the safe installation quickly and without issue, and explaining everything succinctly before leaving. It's great to know there are still businesses out there who believe in excellent customer service and provide it so smoothly.

A truly fantastic company and I cannot recommend them enough. The website contained helpful videos and information necessary for me to make my choice. The installation process was incredibly smooth, with a three hour window and a one hour courtesy call before they were due to arrive. Once they had arrived they checked my walls and recommended a better place for the safe to be installed. They were very quick and professional and got the job done perfectly. London & Home Counties Safes is a fantastic company if you're looking to buy a safe and have the safe installed professionally - I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

From the very start David was quick to respond to all my enquiries. He was very accommodative with finding a time to install my safe as I needed to do it quickly given that I was moving houses. His safe engineer Sandy came over all the way to Beaconsfield HP9 and was very attentive about my needs, provided all the advice I needed and the safe installation was a success. As promised, I received my installation certificate and also for my Grade 1 safe. Now my insurer is happy. Thank you!
