Aston Martin Bristol

Just collected my beautiful DB11 Volante and could'nt be happier. All the staff are amazing at Aston Bristol but a special mention must go to LLoyd Chris and Matthew for helping make my dream of owning a Volante come true. Keep up the amazing work and i will be back for another in a couple of years.

Be aware of this dealership, fantastic guy in sales, loved him to bits Josh, went above and beyond from start to finish, there ends their goodwill, 68 plate vantage, my dream car, had it in February this year, they say they do all these 100s of checks, well they obviously don’t , brakes squeak on braking madly, with them being in Bristol and me in Leicester I took it Nottingham Aston Martin, at the end of the day it’s under warranty, I’ve had it 5 months, 1500 miles, squeak started 2-3 months of having it but it got worse,Nottingham tell me there is a lot of contamination on brakes and discs etc, so unlikely warranty would cover it, he suggests I ring Bristol, I did, spoke with josh in sales he was great, to be told by his boss, it’s not covered , I then rang again spoke with josh and said why wasn’t this spotted the contamination before I had it,!!!! I asked to speak with the boss who declined to speak with me, it’s not covered we’re not repairing it,Aston Nottingham, I rang them they still had the car to which a great guy in service Ashley said leave it with me, he spoke with Aston Martin direct, he spoke with extended warranty, they then approved repairs to my car, as the pictures show it has had all new brakes, discs, etc, etc, caused by previous owner using rubbish car washes on wheels,I use water NOTHING else, total cost of this by dealer would be around the £4000.00 mark, cost me ZERO,Bristol Aston Martin not interested in customer care, at all, they’ve sold the car that’s their motto, I highly recommend anyone who buys an Aston Martin from these people at Bristol have a week or two abroad on the money you’ll save by going to Aston Martin Nottingham when it needs any maintenance, servicing just ask for Ashley, what a guy,He never once did not want to speak with me ,Bristol wouldn’t liase full stop, basically said we’re not doing it, it’s brakes are not covered,But you should have checked it out before you sold it !!! Zero stars out of 5 if I could have,Rubbish dealership

I can only speak for the sales staff, as I decided not to proceed with a purchase today; but my impressions of this dealership have been good. We were made to feel welcome as first-time customers. We visited your dealership today and it was amazing! The craftsmanship that goes into the cars is second to none! Not only did you let us look at every car but you made us feel so welcome. The lady on the rest was so nice! Her customer service was absolutely incredible! She was so polite, friendly and knowledgeable!
