I called Mick re an overflowing gutter on my house, he was in Seville having a couple of days off, but still answered the phone, we booked for next Friday Nov 4th, However Mick was in the area and managed to fit in a call to my place. He established the problem and fixed it there and then. Great, guy, super friendly and professional. I woudl highly recommend!
