Each pancake begins with egg whites whipped to soft peaks, essential to their finally airy quality, and is then cooked very slowly at low temperature. Tasting like a delicate balance between a soufflé and a traditional pancake, soufflé pancakes are soft, bouncy, and light.

Writing this after my second visit, so you can imagine how good the pancakes are. I will be back as often as I can.The first time I stopped by, I had the Fluffy Fluffy signature pancakes. The way the pancakes melt in your mouth, so yum. The attendant recommended Pistachio pancakes the second time I visited. I really liked the nuts toppings, as well as the pistachios sauce. The mango slushie tastes quite good too.And they have the best playlist! I was pleasantly surprised to hear Afrobeats.

Went for dessert to Fluffy Fluffy, on a Saturday evening, was fairly busy. we walked in and got a table straightaway. They don't have a table menu, you look at the screen and then order at the till.We ordered a Pistachio pancake and Creme Brulee Pancake.Pistachio came with a pistachio drip sauce and raspberries and creme brulee was with custard, glazed banana and fruits.The pancake was good sized and Fluffy, it had a good texture. Both the Pancakes has distinct flavours and we're different from each other.Nice ambience and good service, however its not something that I would crave for regularly.

Pancakes were amazing and fluffy as in the name. Highly recommend!I had the pistachio pancake and also the blueberry one. The pancakes were melt-in-your-mouth, light and thick. It truly did justice to the name fluffy fluffy! The flavour of the pistachio sauce was amazing as well as the fresh whipped cream on the pancakes.The customer service was one of the best I've experienced too! Highly recommend

Out of this world, incredible pancakes made to perfection! Visited the Leicester branch with friends, last week, and we were amazed how light, fluffy and amazing these delicious pancakes were! Nothing like we’ve tried before! The staff were polite and friendly and we cannot wait to go back and try other flavours!!

Very highly recommended! The pancakes were so delicious and well… FLUFFY! They had good flavour… I tried the pistachio one which was very well balanced and my friends got the biscoff which was also delicious and the crème brûlée which was good, not amazingly good.I also got the Rasberry Lemonade which was very refreshing.

Visited early afternoon with a friend. The pancakes were light, fluffy (as in the name!) and the flavours were well balanced. I ordered the blueberry pancakes and was impressed at the quality of the ingredients.Service was excellent and the staff were attentive and friendly. The premises was clean and the seating was comfortable.Overall I really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend to visit with friends and family.

I had the most delightful experience at Fluffy Fluffy. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The soufflé pancakes were an absolute delight – incredibly fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth goodness that left me craving for more. The menu offers a variety of creative toppings and flavors, making it difficult to choose just one. The presentation was impeccable, and the portion size was perfect. The staff was attentive and friendly, making my visit all the more enjoyable. I can't recommend Fluffy fluffy enough. If you're a pancake enthusiast, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be returning for more of those heavenly pancakes!

Service was good. We were seated by the guy who greated us at the door. We go three pancakes. I got the tiramisu (coffee lover), hubby was recommended the pistachio and little one ordered the blueberry pancakes. They were good warm fluffy pancakes. Hubby enjoyed the pistachio but I couldn't stand it! Blueberry was good too!
