I went thinking I'm only going to buy a washing machine and ended up being helped by a very knowledgeable and helpful employee (Daniel) and ended up walking out with a dryer aswell I thank him so much he answered all my dumb questions he is by far the nicest person I've met this man needs a raise.Thank you

I went in on the 25th January and spoke with one of your staff, called Dan. He was extremely polite, friendly and helpful with regards to advising me about which printer would suit my needs.The following day I returned and purchased one of the printers he recommended. All said and done, it's good to see people like Dan are still around making the shopping experience more enjoyable! Keep up the good work Dan!

The staff member was excellent and found the TV box I wanted quickly and saw the purchase through efficiently. However the TV box I bought is cheaper at other shops and was above the manufacturers recommended price, hence 3 stars.

For years IV been shopping with Currys, due to convenience of being able to walk in and get what I want that day. But gone are the days of this most things are stock delivered to store. why would anyone do that when u can get the product elsewhere for cheaper than Currys. I didnt mind paying the higher price as I could get the item the same day. It's going down hill fast which is a shame.

Went in today wanting to upgrade my phone knowing exactly what I wanted and what plan absolutely easy sale.No staff available when they were I was absolutely brushed over despite being obviously waiting for ages.Not even being acknowledgedI gave up. Tried again a few minutes later with my father.Staff member did approach said sending staff over. As they went not on phonesWaited againWe just gave up

See the advert where each employee gets 40 hours of training. Ask one about the RAM on a laptop and I get a blank expression from the employee, which is a very simple question you could learn in 5 minutes with a quick Google. There are so many better places to get electronic goods from. Curry's are also complaining about increasing the minimum wage, showing they care very little bout staff and customers.
