My sister in law bought a smallMobility chair £795 which had 3 mnths warranty ( to enable her to get round her disabled bungalow ), she took a practically new large mobility scooter immaculate condition in perfect working order , battery fine ( it cost £1795) new ) to part exchange but they only gave her £150 which I think was an insult. The new chair broke down after 2 days the guy who came out had to Google to see what was wrong! It still wasn’t right as kept stalling so she rang them to take it back. But they said in the terms and conditions which was apparently on the back of invoice , but not pointed out to her ! As an older disabled person who can’t ever walk without aid , these conditions should have been explained on purchase , as she wld not have bought it if she had known that the conditions state their is a £350!!! reduction charge for returning .This is ridiculous after only 2 days. I did request the Manager ring me when I found out as I don’t live there anymore, but of course no call came . Unfortunately she agreed to it as she thought she had no choice . As someone else pointed out this company is just ripping off disabled pensioners . I would have given 0 stars if the app wld have let me .

Good place for shopping for mobility scooter . Staff very nice and friendly.

Know their stuff. They need more floor space because they have so many mobility scooters. But they have a bit of most things at very reasonable prices. They sell new and reconditioned things like scooters, chair lifts and electric wheelchairs. Well worth a visit.

Charges £75 call out charge, even when the call is in their hometown of Winsford. Doesn't take 3 mins to drive it so at least throw in first half hour free as charge £32.50 every extra half hour. Ripping off elderly and disabled.
