Leonardo Hotel Bristol City

The hotel is not too far from the city centre. Also, buses available. There is no parking on site and the entrance is hidden, so you might get confused. You can check in and check out online, which is great. They are very strict with the check in being 3pm. You can either head into town or sit in the lobby of you arrive early. The lobby is well equipped and there is complimentary water/tea station. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. There was no work station in the room as seen in the picture online (probably just the room I was given-last room on the corridor). There's a restaurant on site, which is great. Food was very tasty. There's a sainsbury nearby which is handy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Good value for money. I'll gladly stay here again.

Had a really nice stay here. The location is quiet, but central. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. The staff are all great, especially Megan who made an extra effort to make our stay special for our anniversary. Would definitely stay again.

First thoughts on arrival here - further from Bristol Temple Meads than you might think, you'd have to run to do it in the 8mins quoted on Google maps. Second, the entrance is round the back (when viewed from the roadside) and there's inadequate signposting. Frustrating when you're dragging luggage.Once inside there's an air of style, it's bright, modern and clean. This carries through to the rooms. Missing a few final touches maybe (in Double/Twin room) e.g. mineral water and biscuits but room large and comfy for a city centre hotel. Large comfortable bed but sleep disturbed by constant extractor fan noises (from adjoining room?)Buffet breakfast good but no cooked to order options.Busy with business types working over breakfast (annoying).Reception and waiting staff really friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay here again if in Bristol.

The hotel is well located in Bristol. The room was nice and clean and the staff friendly. It's close to the center and the railway station, which was very convenient.The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of choice.

Special thanks to Pavlo who assisted me during my stay 4-7Dec. I had an issue with my room. He was friendly and polite. After confirming there were no other rooms available he promised to change my room the following day and offered me a complimentary drink. I went to the reception annoyed but after speaking with Pavlo, I left with a smile. Thanks Pavlov, great customer service.

Great Location, Very close to the shopping centre which is only a 5-10 minute walk away. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were comfy... best sleep I've had in a long time!. the staff were very helpful with recommending places to visit in Bristol,The breakfast was pretty great... one of the best hotels in the UK.

This is a modern hotel, nicely designed and very well maintained. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff is polite and welcoming. Rooms are clean and have enough space for everything I needed. Hotel is very close to city center and you can easily walk there. Internet works great. This would be my choice next time I visit Bristol.

The hotel is nice and modern from the outside, however there were some disadvantages inside.The carpet in the corridors is too thick. It was a torture for people with heavy suitcases.The room was rather small for the three of us (but it was the one selected by us, no complaints about the hotel). There was a very strange selection of pictures for the bedroom.No hair conditioner in the bathroom, only shower gel and shampoo.The breakfast was good. Our daughter received small toys after our first breakfast and was extremely happy about it. You can imagine how disappointed she was when there were no toys after our second breakfast.

Me and my boyfriend absolutely love this hotel we stay a lot as my boyfriend travels from the Netherlands and me Plymouth so Bristol is perfect and we now found our perfect place to stay!! The staff are amazing so attentive and welcoming. The rooms are spotless bed is comfortable too. The bar has a good range of drinks and the food is really good for a chain hotel. We both already looking forward to visiting in early December ☺️
