I brush my dog every other day, so he barely has any knots on his coat. But after taking him to for a shower, I got countless knots on his back, and I had to remove all these knots myself. It’s been 3 hours, and I’m not even halfway through. Definitely avoid this place if your dog has long hair.

Very bad job on grooming. My dogs fur is all chopped up, with chunks smaller in one part. The bath and groom lasted 20 min in total, god knows what type of job they done there. Won’t be returning

The staff here are so lovely and kind and patient. My dog doesn't love getting groomed but is much less scared compared to my last dog groomer. And it's done much quicker probably because she's less scared! They're very patient and friendly. Thank you! From me and dolly the dog!

Really accommodating for a scared pup going for her first nail trim. She got lots of treats out of it and nicely trimmed nails, I'll definitely go back once they grow in.

I found the workers unprofessional and rude and outrageous treatment for my fur baby who came back with red and swollen ears. Never coming back or going into any pets at home store again I’ll go to their competitor instead and have found a groomer who cares for my dog and who both myself and my dog trusts. Also took them a month to respond to a complaint

Our Staffy looked extra handsome after his shorthair groom and the lovely staff went above and beyond to take care of him and make sure he was comfortable as he has been particularly nervous lately with all the fireworks etc! They were so patient and kind!

It’s my 7 months toy poodle puppy’s first ever full grooming session, and I made a HUGE mistake by taking her here. I told them I’d like to have a “teddy bear” cut, but my puppy ended up with a “duck face”. Makes me wonder maybe people grew up with a different kind of “teddy bear”?…. Whole body were clipped unevenly, I could have done a better job myself to be honest. They didn’t even wash properly, puppy’s face was still dirty after the grooming session. I gave 2 star because the staffs are generally nice, otherwise it’s a one star grooming service.
