My wife and I Attending on 3/6/23 Great experience, lovely welcome on arrival and clean place. Didn’t wait to long to be seen. Dr Shankar and I’m sorry i think it may be Kate the dental nurse where so lovely with my wife on her surgery, couldn’t ask for a better service by them. Thank you

Turned up for my appointment on time to be told it was cancelled, I understand these things can happen but no attempt to contact me at any point on any of the numbers they have for me. While I as there I thought it would be a good idea to collect my husbands prescriptions of some toothpaste for sensitive teeth, I wasn’t able to get that either he has to collect in person which he cannot do due to working out of this area. No apology was made very disappointing

I took my dad who is 79 and has vascular dementia to this practise today. The staff were absolutely brilliant, Maggie on reception is very helpful and cheerful, the specialist dentist Lorna is so kind and understanding, and today the practise manager Claire very kindly became a dental nurse for my dads appointment, so that they didn’t have to cancel his appointment as his dental nurse was isolating due to COVID. I can’t thank them enough. Daughter. Sue x

OK so I can't really fault my actual dentist. She's been great every time I've attended.However.Phones.This last call started 44 minutes ago and still running (more out of curiosity now as they closed five minutes ago and I'm still in a queue apparently).So I started calling before 16.20, the surgery closes at 17.00.I've heardAll our advisors are currently busy

so kind they really take care of you from the minute you walk in. my dentist is so understanding and really does make you feel relaxed

I've had multiple extractions from this practice within the last few months after being referred from my dentist. The team has been absolutely fantastic and reassuring. The dental nurse team were great at helping me schedule my appointments and everyone made me feel at ease (a nervous patient) whilst I received treatment. I recommend this practice highly!

Unfortunately, like many of the posts prior to this one, my experience here has been diabolical, I have not even managed to get an appointment following a referral. Almost impossible to contact any of the numbers. Extremely rude when you do get through to any staff. Very quick to say 'just go private then'. How is that there are so many dentists available to do private treatment, but emergency treatment on the NHS has a waiting list of 6 months to 2 years? I was told some people were still waiting from 2019 (pre-covid). Stay Clear.

My appointment was cancelled by post with no explanation. I called them, was waiting 33 minutes on hold to be rebooked which took about a minute, then as I was asking a question, the phone was rudely slammed down.I wanted to know what reason they had for cancelling my appointment in the first place? I've had this tooth in my gob that needs pulling for ages now and they are messing me around.If you're thinking of joining this practice and have the money to go elsewhere then do it! These lot are a last resort. City Health Dental are incompetent, unreliable, over-burdened and uncaring.
