Reilly T325dI ordered a Reilly T325d in early January and have just received it. Whether it was prior to my order, post purchase or following delivery, Reilly Cycleworks have been brilliant always responding quickly. Chris and Phil have made me feel valued, provided their time, answered all my questions comprehensively and sent tutorial videos. Faultless customer service.I’ve wanted a Reilly for 5 years and am not disappointed. The bike is just quality with great attention to detail, finishing and components. When buying a Reilly, you’re not buying a bike that is not mass produced but handcrafted. You won’t be disappointed. Good things come to those who wait.Chapeau!

I was lucky enough to have a friend who’d purchased a Reilly a few years back, so didn’t feel the need to test ride, being of a similar height. I ordered a Titanium Gradient from the website.First off if you order a Reilly direct, you can be confident that they’ll keep you informed throughout the sourcing of the components and building of the bike. Phil phoned and emailed on a number of occasions to check on specific items and give me updates. The bike arrived and was well packaged without any visible scratches etc. However on closer inspection the rear mech hanger had been bent. A quick email with photos of the offending item to Phil and a new one was dispatched the same day. That’s excellent customer service. The bike itself is a thing of beauty, built with care. It’s very comfortable to ride but still provides the stiffness you need when putting down power. I can’t wait to take it on some multi day bike packing adventures. Highly recommend the product and the team at Reilly Cycle Works.

Having decided it was time to get a titanium gravel bike, I contacted Reilly Cycleworks, made an appointment and went down to the workshop for a chat with Phil and the team. If you can get there in person, I would strongly recommend this - my measurements indicated a large frame, but after sizing everything up, we settled on an XL Frame (take your bikefit measurements if you have). I also had a tour of the workshop and met the mechanics… I placed the order there and then, with a few little customisations. The dialogue continued throughout the build - these guys know what they’re doing!I recently took delivery of my Gradient. What a beautiful machine! Superb build quality. I converted to tubeless with ease and after some rides and a bit of tweaking, decided I needed a slightly longer stem. Wanting a Reilly one, I contacted Phil and this duly arrived in the post, free of charge (simply return the old one).So far I’ve done a mix of road, paths and bridleways. The Gradient does not disappoint! Fantastic ride! So much so, that this could be the bike of choice for Flanders 2023!I cannot recommend Reilly highly enough. Great bike, great service, great people. It’s definitely the way to purchase a new bike.

I ordered a Gradient T47. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and it’s a lovely bike. I used the bike fitting guide in the Reilly website and it worked really well for me. I was initially a little concerned about taking the chance not having had an opportunity to try out the bike beforehand but it was fine. The advice I got from everyone I spoke to at Reilly was spot on, mainly I dealt with Phil. I’ve changed a couple of items like the tyres and saddle but the main components are all good spec. The bike geometry really works as an all-purpose adventure bike. Can’t wait for my Pyrenean trip. Thank you Reilly.

Just a short review on the Reilly Gradient Titanium purchased from the excellent team at Reilly Cycleworks. I have waited a few months to write this as I really wanted to get a good few miles done on the bike. However, I'll start with the ordering process. I saw the Gradient in the cycle press and never went to the store as I live in the Northeast. I tried the size of the bike out from a local supplier and from that point it was a case of communicating totally online or on the phone. I have to say communication with the guys there was really clear and so helpful when any additional advice was sought on the purchase.I even opted for a really creative and cool looking anodised finish to the titanium frame, to make it a little more bespoke.I have owned steel, alloy, carbon and titanium bikes from multiple manufacturers in the past but the ride of the Gradient is a real joy. I have access to a lot of gravel tracks on forestry land closeby and there is always some tarmac miles to get on the gravel. The comfort of the Gradient on all these surfaces is fantastic and it is a bike you never get sick of.Just wanted to finish by highly recommending the guys at Reilly,

Gradient - a gorgeous bikeWhile I am fully satisfied with the bike as it is now, it was quite a journey. Reilly fully derserves the 5 stars due to their outstanding customer service and the great bike frame! Again a big thanks to Phil and the team.If you are interested in journey, read on.I am from Switzerland and about a year ago I decided to get a new bike. Boy was I not prepared for the lead times I experienced from several brands. Then I found Reilly. 4-8 weeks was promised, I ordered right away and bam they delivered. The bike arrived from UK and my excitement was huge. However, the bike did not perform really well. Rear mech hanger was slighty bent, front headset was not perfect and somehow the wheels felt strange. After a quick exchange with Reilly they sent a new mech hanger and hooked me up with their local retailer. The local bike shop identified basically the same issues as I did. Again, together with Reilly, the issue and a solution was found. A new set of wheels and a new lower headset bearing seemed to do the trick. The new set of wheels were perfect, however I still felt the headset did not perform as I wished. Some calls and mails back and forth with Reilly and I sent the full bike back to the UK where they checked the frame and then replaced the headset. Once the bike arrived back in Switzerland I was now finally owner of a perfectly working, gorgeous looking and highly entertaining gravel bike!My journey took me around 8 months and while this is a long time, I never felt helpless, because Reilly was always in full support. They even covered all the costs of what I described above! Again, this is exceptional customer service and many of the problems I experienced are not even their fault. It's the current lack of quality control in the bike industry. Basically, Reilly received faulty parts by their suppliers but they corrected them and made me a happy customer.Recommend 10/10

In these very difficult COVID times it is not unexpected that there are going to be delays and complications along the way. When I ordered my Spectre I was up front informed that the frame had a leadtime of 75 days. The impact of COVID affected worldwide availability if Titanium tubes and there's only so much a company can do to mitigate these issues. Mark and Phil kept me informed of further delays and offered a Gradient instead as that could be shipped faster. I wanted a Spectre so decided to wait. The frames eventually arrived but the forks were unfortunately delayed, again with Reilly being let down by incorrect supplier timescales and updates. Again there's only so much you can do. They even went to the bother of offering me an alternative set of forks which I could have gone for but again decided against it as they wouldn't support wider width tyres. The thing about Reilly bikes is that you are buying a top quality bike that is hand built and that will inevitably take time (and patience) especially in thse pandemic times. I expect this bike to lase a lifetime so a couple of months delay is, in my opinion, worth it.The Spectre eventually arrived and it was worth the wait. It is STUNNING. The bike was built very well and packed in 2 boxes safely and without any issues, and delivered on a Saturday, I'm sure at extra cost to them.Setting the bike up was straight forward and allowed me to check on all apsects of the build and it is all perfect. A work of art.I took her out for a miaden voyage and whilst I haven;t quite dialled her in fully, I can already feel how comfortable the ride it and how well she rides and handles. The bike is also silent. Even oon our pretty course roads around here she just glides silently and comfortably along. For me, buying a bike like the Reilly is a special event and something that warrants care and attention and time. I am so delighted with the bike I have received and I cannot wait to put many many miles on her.
