Absolutely love it, Rachel has been my hairdresser for almost two years now and I leave not only looking amazing but feeling amazing. The girls in there know how to make you relax and Rachel has worked wonders on my hair fixing dodgy cuts to cutting it normally, I look forward to getting my hair cut, like is that sad? I don't know, but worth every penny. Experts who know their stuff and have taught me how to treat my hair and talk through everything with me. Highly recommend.

All the girls were lovely, very helpful and attentive. Robin was excellent, I felt she genuinely listened to what I wanted and made sure we were both on the same page before starting. She was also really helpful with styling tips etc and explained every step of what she was doing. Genuinely couldn't fault her and will definitely be back.

Whatever you do don't have a fringe trim here. I did and it's completely ruined my beautiful haircut. A 5 year old with a pair of blunt scissors would have done a better job. I'm between raging and weeping and now waiting for it to grow out. In the meantime I'll just wear a hat

My wife stepped on her new glasses. They are only a month old. I had laser lens replacement done by Optical Express in Glasgow and the staff were fantastic so we decided to stop by their shop in Ayr. We were made very welcome by Ryan and asked him if he could fix them. 15 minutes later the glasses were as good as new. I went to pay and he said no charge. It doesn't get better this. Thanks Ryan!

I visited here last sunday ( very handy for shift workers) and for the first time ever, felt comfortable and relaxed in a hairdressers.Rachel took her time to consult me about every aspect of my hair, style etc then I had a head massage done by her young assistant before getting a GREAT cut, style and blow dry. There was no hurry, even though it was after closing time. A terrific experience. I'll be back

I had my first appointment at Rainbow Rooms with Izabela last week. I can honestly say it was such a pleasure, she was very professional and even worked later to ensure my hair was perfect. Special shout out to her assistant Tasha who was also lovely and helped out! I will definitely be back, I am so pleased with how it turned out!

I had a drastic change done to my hair today, I was very nervous going in and had nearly cancelled my appointment during the week. I am so glad I went, Ross was wonderful, he understood my hair and what I wanted. He was brilliant as he performed his Edward Scissorhands magic on me. I love my new haircut, exactly what I wanted and Ross is now my go to hairdresser. Thank you Ross xx
