I have been having private one to one pilates reformer sessions with Beverley and I am absolutely loving them and I so look forward to my weekly reformer sessions. Beverley really knows her stuff, she is very experienced and has an eye for detail and able to spot and pinpoint any imbalances within your body and help you correct them by giving you specific movements to realign your body and Beverley ensures this is done in a safe way. The reformer is a fantastic piece of equipment and not only do you focus on core strength but you build overall body strength and flexibility. Beverley teaches classical pilates but also contemporary pilates which I love. If you have never tried the reformer I urge you to go and see Beverley, no matter what condition your body is in or your abilities Beverley will design the sessions around your needs. Beverley is friendly and professional and very approachable.

Bev is an excellent Pilates instructor specialising in reformer and other Pilates machine classes.As a sportswoman herself she understands the individual needs of her clients and will adapt exercises specifically for their sports to prevent injuries and problems. No 2 classes are the same which challenges the body whilst gaining strength and flexibility. Her classes certainly helped my running and I would definitely recommend the Pilates Room.
