I use Owlgetit on a weekly basis and they never disappoint me. Their service is much quicker than other delivery services (deliveroo and uber eats). By tracking my driver I also know exactly when my food will arrive. The drivers are always really nice and keep a distance when delivering to my door (due to Covid-19). Would definitely recommend ordering your food/dessert from them.

Fantastic service. Been using Owlgetit for a very long time. Extremely helpful during COVID19 when I required the concierge service for my grocery shopping. Food is delivered hot, drivers are realible and work in a COVID safe manner. I have deleted all other apps as Owlgetit is the one stop app for everything. Thank you for the consistent brilliant service.

Owlgetit is an amazing delivery service and extremely competitive with pricing. I use Owlgetit a lot and can’t live without it! I get my milk, cake ingredients and everything with their concierge service and they never fail. I once ordered my grocery shopping and they got all my products. All my takeaways are also delivered on time and warm! Customer service is also great.

I use Owlgetit a lot and I always get a very professional experience. From the app with its intuitive navigation, to updates on where my delivery is, to the handover by the very professional drivers. A great experience from a perfectly operated company!

I have used Owl Get It consistently for the past few years and especially this year during the pandemic. Customer services are responsive and helpful especially as restaurants and shops have had irregular closures. Access to my favourite restaurants and a concierge service that others don't offer. And at better rates.Argos click and collect!! Thanks OGI

Superb service, always professional.I am a single mum, that suffers with OCD a d anxiety, during the course of the pandemic getting out was a major obstacle for me and getting my shopping even more so. On a few occassion home delivery was so busy I was unable to get shopping delivered to my home. But Owlget came to the rescue with their concierge service, collecting my shop and delivering it.I live in a second floor flat, and the drivers were attentive enough to bring it upstairs and leave at my door (without prompting) which was such a refreshing gesture as it was a trial to get such service from the supermarket dekivery drivers.

Have been using them for a long time now, had some issues in the past but let them slide, the most recent delivery was very disappointing, ordered from two different places. First order was picked up around 19:20, driver decided to pick up second order, which was delayed. Didn’t think to deliver first order and eventually delivered both orders after almost an hour of picking the first order. And yes, the second was lukewarm by the time we got it.Rang owl get it who advised would give a 50% refund on the first and never received it.
