Saw the hygienist Dr Ganesh Gopen today and would like to thank him for such a good experience. I was nervous but he was extremely kind and reassuring. After the treatment that was completely pain free, he talked me through the best ways to care for my teeth and gums. I have already rebooked to see him again in February.

Very lovely service and professional staff who always keep you informed with appointments and information.I do not want to be bias but I think I have one of the best dentist in Bedfordshire. So going for treatment is never a problem due to her calm and relaxing manner. With business hours being early it suits me well so there is no need to schedule too much of your work rota.I would highly suggest anyone looking for a dentist to register here.

Dr Hamish Jones was very helpful in helping with my wisdom teeth in the morning. He informed me very clearly of solution and risks. Also a thank you from his assistant. (Apologies for not getting her name)

Definitely won't be going near this place. Extremely rude and incompetent! Rang up to try and arrange an emergency apointmentTwice was hung up on before I even spoke.When actually managed to speak to someone. Was told straight away no (no alternatives given or offered)Asked if I was registered which I wasn't. Was told no new NHS apointments. Stated that I was happy to do it privately. Was then hung up on again!If they they don't have the manners to conduct themselves professionally on the phone , why would you go near them for your teeth!

A very nice helpful dentist Zara Ahmed, I'm so glad she was there to take care of my issue, i had a broken tooth and she treated me so well, she also made me so comfortable, as I was a bit nervous. I'm really looking forward to see her again if i need the dental appointment. Amazing work Zara Ahmed.

In April my tooth broke in half, which, as any of you who have had that nightmare where your teeth fall out will appreciate, was incredibly distressing. The tooth consequently became infected and as a knock on effect of using the other side of my mouth to eat, my other tooth cracked in half from the pressure. I saw Dr Zara Rehman under these difficult and distressing circumstances and have done so for the subsequent treatment plans for these teeth and my general oral care over the last 4 months.I can not stress enough how exemplary Dr Zara Rehman is in every aspect of her work. Dr Rehman treated the initial problem so I was out of pain- a literal G_d send in those moments! She then set about investigating the issues and came up with a thorough plan for my full dental care and ongoing acute dental care needs, not just the two significantly damaged teeth. When she felt further specialist help was required, she referred me promptly to a specialised clinician who was also excellent. She then took the plans drawn up with the specialist and undertook the complex work involved with care. She is incredibly professional but with a good sense of humour that puts you at ease. I had a significant amount of anxiety and her clear and concise explanation before and during procedures was incredibly useful in helping settle my nerves. She is careful to ensure that I am pain-free and is very sensitive to my anxiety around pain and will tell me exactly what to expect - ie vibration from the drill v. expected “twinges” when doing a root canal. She stops as soon as I ask and reassess when I need her to.After procedures she takes the time to explain next steps and what I can expect in terms of discomfort and when I can resume eating - so far this has been incredibly accurate! I am incredibly grateful to her for her patience, diligence, kindness and really can not recommend her highly enough to anyone - her skill, gentleness and compassion is 1st rate!

Baslt and Alisha have both been amazing and provided a top quality service consistently! They have been nothing but nice and helpful. I always feel at ease whenever I have an appointment with them.

Overall brilliant experience. The receptionists were friendly and extremely accommodating and the dentist himself was amazing. He was clear with his descriptions of the work and the finished product exceeded expectations. Can't stress enough how pleased I am.
