To start this off i was pleasantly surprised with the range of toys that where offered i truly wasn’t expecting it! I was given help by a member of staff and she was lovely and helpful, i remember her having PINK hair. Was oh so impressed by her customer service skills will be visiting again.

My sister lives in South Wales and an item she wanted for her young daughter's birthday wasn't available in any South Wales store or for home delivery or click and collect - but it was in stock at Telford, near me. She ordered it for me to collect there and post to her. I was concerned initially when it was only revealed after she paid that photo ID was required of the buyer on collection - but, armed with her order confirmation email and reference number plus our WhatsApp conversation and a pic of her driving licence, I went to collect. There were no problems at all! Friendly young man found the item and it's now on its way to my niece.

I’m not quite sure who’s bright idea it was cram loads of stuff into the middle of the preschool isle but you clearly haven’t thought about the fact lots of people with preschool aged children have pushchairs. So reducing that idle down to two small “pushchairs” width lanes with no passing to places made it almost impossible to shop we were all in each others way and no space to manoeuvre! I gave up and up left!

I would like to thank Dan and Maria from the telford branch for helping my son find his new bike after a huge bike accident he had on saturday coursing him to fracture is cheek bone Dan even gave him a new helmet to match his bike for being very brave boy i have a very swollen but happy boy thank you very much.xx

Love this place if there is a particular range of toys you or your children want this is the place to find it might not be the cheapest but they do have a wider range like Lego or Barbie or Bluey toys

Went here today brought an rc car and a game went somewhere else came back to buy a stair gate for a member of staff to stare at me while I was in the queue to pay for the stair gate for the member of staff to ask me weather I brought the rc car from there which I replied yes I have the receipt which was not a problem at all the problem was the member of staff didn't even apologise used to love shopping here but won't be anymore

firstly, WOW, just wow! what a stupendous store, excellent staff and wonderful array of toys too! i was blown away by the incredibly helpful member of staff Sophie who helped me when i couldn't reach a lego set i had been hunting down for months!! she was wonderfully polite and super helpful too, give yourself a pat on the back! will be returning again very shortly!! :)
