VERY unprofessional and deceitful instructor! Shamila is happy to take your money but won’t give you decent lessons yapping on the phone about her family problems while you are in the middle of the lesson! she took advantage knowing I’ve never had an instructor before and I’ve wasted so much money thinking her “teaching” is normal but then I got a decent instructor and after I unlearned all her bad habits I finally passed. I wouldn’t be surprised if the rest of the reviews are fake since they all sound the same! I never leave reviews online but I felt like I had to because this is ridiculous and I’m surprised she’s still working!

100% recommend Shamila!I really loved my lessons with Isma driving school! My instructor was so patient with everything! She was so helpful and her attention to detail means that i'm now a pretty safe driver. I managed to pass my test first time round! I was able to drive home by the end of my first lesson!

Took lessons from Shamila in total I had 10 hrs with her split over 3 days and then went for my test and passed. I did have lessons with another instructor previously that was only for 8 hours but she was away. I found Shamila's way of teaching to be very helpful learnt a lot and she helped me massively in passing. She will give you examples and has a good way of teaching which made it easy for me to remember when it came to manoeuvres . There's no better instructor then Shamila out there, definitely

I was recently a learner at Isma driving school and had aunty shamila as my instructor. She made me feel calm and safe in the car from the very first lesson. She would calmly and clearly give instructions and explain manoeuvres so that they were easy to understand and comprehend. She would never lose her patience or make you feel incompetent and would always make you feel comfortable as a driver.I passed my very first test with only one minor mistake. The examiner continuously praised, both my driving and my instructors teaching. The examiner also said that my driving is a credit to my instructor, which I 100% believe it is.

LOOK no where else, Shamila is OUTSTANDING Driving instructor.SERIOUSLY I just couldn’t grip the clutch control and sense judgement of the dual carriageway lanes, shamila has given me so much confidence that I can do it so smoothly and without any hesitation.Her method of teaching is Unique, she uses her own methods so easy to understand.I passed within 4 months of practice.Thank you shamila for all your hard work of teaching and support to get my Driving license.

I passed my driving test in Heaton test centre on my first attempt! This was only possible with the guidance of the instructor Shamila. She gave me great tips and motivated me in every lesson. She is a absolutely brilliant instructor. I had a previous instructor but wasn't happy. I highly recommend her!

Shamila is an amazing instructor who really does believe in you. She is very calm and patient and makes you feel really comfortable and confident when driving. I wish I found her sooner rather than later. I learn something new everyday and I highly recommend her to people who are willing to know how to drive. Best instructor ever!!!! She’s always happy to answer any questions and wants you to be successful and she believes you can do it. Her teaching is brilliant and she makes it so easy to understand. She’s amazing at what she does!!!

After a very long stretch of lessons, with all sorts of complications and delays, COVID as well as personal issues, I was finally able to take my test a couple of weeks ago and passed! My first time with Shamila, my instructor from Isma Driving School. Shamila was a wonderfully professional instructor, who clearly cares deeply about her results, and genuinely wants to see her students do well. She is of course very qualified and that will be obvious spending any time with her! Her knowledge of the test routes and DVLA practices is unmatched, and she makes sure to pass as much of this on as she can to try and help you pass ASAP. While I shall not detail the personal issues that caused delays, Shamila was always very understanding and sympathetic, and made learning to drive easy in an otherwise chaotic time. I have heard stories of instructors who can waste their students time. Shamila is worlds away from that, and it should be no concern of any prospective students.

She was always helpful and friendly and provided me with all the support I needed to pass in 26 lessons!!! Would 100% recommend her and this driving school to anyone looking for a great instructor.
