My experience from the team at manor garage was excellent, I travelled 400 miles to see the car I ended up purchasing, and the team did all the necessary paperwork and procedures for me. As a long distance customer the Communication with the garage was extremely rapid, they even held onto the car for a fRe days after collection day as I was unable to travel. You’d expect Car Salesmen to give you a good service whilst buying a car, but Paul went above and beyond during this part of the process. He responsibly rapidly and clearly to my initial questions, the car was immaculately prepared (defeating my OCD), and such was his determination to ensure the car was as good as it could have been, refused to deliver until it had sailed through its MOT. He was a pleasure to deal with throughout and when agreeing a price. For convenience he met me half way at no extra charge to deliver the car. When we reported some minor issues, he was quick to identify a local specialist who could investigate, and ultimately paid for a wheel re-balance with no quibbles. Had anything more serious been found, he had offered the use of a courtesy car to prevent us from having to cancel a family holiday. I’d definitely buy from him again.
